What would you do with your life if money was no object?
An amazing lecture from the late Alan Watts.
Why does such a simple question provoke complex excuses and not simple answers? It’s because questions like these force us to look in the mirror. How many people do you think would happily respond to the question with, “Exactly what I’m doing right now.” Very, very few, maybe no one depending on how many people you are able to ask. Others would cut down their own desires or dreams with the notion that, “_______ doesn’t make any money though.” Which misses the question entirely.
But, there is a second step after answering the question, “If money was no object, I would…” and that is actually doing it. Even if you can answer the question, NOT actually living your answer is a self-inflicted tragedy.
We would love to hear from you…what if money was no object?
